Greg Holden is a Director in Cowen and Company's Equity Capital Markets Group, and is responsible for structuring and executing equity-linked transactions. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Holden led the development of the U.S. equity-linked business at Barclays Capital, and spent six years structuring equity-linked and derivatives transactions at Credit Suisse. Mr. Holden began his career within the investment banking department of Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Holden graduated from the University of Chicago with an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting and from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Economics and History.
