Mr. O’Donoghue is Head of Equities for Cowen and Company and is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. Prior to joining Cowen in 2005, Mr. O’Donoghue was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Trading at CSFB. He was also a member of the firm's Global Equity Operating Committee. Prior to that, Mr. O’Donoghue was a Managing Director and Partner of Schroders PLC.

Mr. O’Donoghue holds an Honors Degree in Economics from The Queen’s University of Belfast and also serves on the University’s Advisory Board.

Mr. O’Mara is the Head of Equity Derivatives and Convertibles. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. O’Mara spent over 14 years at Credit Suisse First Boston where he held a number of senior positions including Global Head of Convertible Securities, Global Head of Cash Equities and Global Chief Risk Officer for the equities division. He also served as a member of the Global Equity Management Committee. Prior to Credit Suisse First Boston, Tom spent five years at Lehman Brothers in the convertible securities group. Mr. O’Mara has also spent time on the buy side, including managing multi-strategy assets in a hedge fund structure.

After receiving a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University in 1984, Mr. O’Mara matriculated at the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business and received his M.B.A. in 1986.

Mr. Seaburg is a Managing Director and Head of Sales Trading for Cowen and Company. He has been with Cowen for more than 10 years in both the New York and Chicago offices.

Mr. Seaburg holds a degree in Finance and Economics from Northeastern University.

Mr. Stein is a Managing Director and Head of Equity Trading for Cowen and Company. Prior to joining Cowen in 2006, Mr. Stein was a Director and Head of Technology and Telecom Trading at CSFB. Prior to that, Mr. Stein was a Vice President and Equity Trader at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Stein holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cornell University.
