Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Seth was a principal with the Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory/investment firm. Before business school, Mr. Seth designed high-performance ASICs for LSI Logic. He received a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, an M.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern (Kellogg).
