Much of our strategy revolves around recognizing and helping management capitalize upon opportunities inherent, though not always readily visible, in their companies.
We believe that strongly aligned incentives are vital to the success of any partnership. As such, we believe significant management equity participation is key to the success of any investment.
Regardless of our ownership position, we tend to participate actively at the Board of Directors or strategic level. While we are not involved in day-to-day operational management, we strive to be a perpetual financial and strategic resource for management.
