Sengal M. G. Selassie

Managing Director and Group Head

Sengal Selassie is a co-founder of Cowen Capital Partners and has been Group Head since inception. Prior to Cowen Capital, Mr. Selassie spent eight years with SG Capital Partners where he was a Managing Director; he ran SG Capital Partners from 2002 through 2006. Before SG Capital Partners, Mr. Selassie worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He began his career in the Investment Banking division Goldman Sachs & Co.

Mr. Selassie earned his an M.B.A. and J.D. from Harvard University and has an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.

He sits on the Board of Directors of Poco Graphite Inc., Ricerca Holdings, Inc., ViaWest Internet Services and MC².

Scott M. Porter

Director

Scott has been with Cowen Capital Partners since inception. Previously Scott worked at Chase Securities Inc. in the High Yield Finance group, specializing in leveraged acquisitions.

Scott earned a B.A., magna cum laude, from Binghamton University.

Scott sits on the Board of Directors of Poco Graphite and MC².

Greg Floyd

Associate

Greg has been with Cowen Capital Partners since inception. Prior to that he worked in both the Health Care and Technology Investment Banking groups of Cowen and Company.

Greg earned his B.S., magna cum laude, in Economics and Finance from Bentley College.
